Christie Ranzau
Christie Ranzau has been practicing law in Ohio since 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University in May of 1999. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University in May of 2002. In 2004, Christie became a licensed Title Insurance Agent. Christie's areas of practice include probate and estate planning, real estate, and corporate and business law.
Christie is currently a Board Member of the United Way of Hancock County, the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts, Grace Speaks, Blanchard Valley Residential Services, Inc. and Hancock Regional Planning.She enjoys volunteering with many local agencies. Christie resides in Findlay, Ohio with her husband and two daughters.
Phil Rooney
Philip Rooney has been practicing law in Ohio since 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1988. He then earned his Juris Doctorate with High Distinction from Ohio Northern University in 1992. Phil is a transactional attorney with a practice focusing on real estate transactions, corporate law, business sales and acquisitions, and secured transactions and banking.
Phil is on the Board of Directors for Benton Ridge Telephone Company, Hancock Community Housing Inc. and the Hancock County Legal Education Foundation. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Findlay-Hancock County Bar Association.
Phil currently lives in Findlay with his wife, Tamera. They have one daughter.
